Project Overview
Location: Transformer manufacturing workshop
Total Area Covered: 1,200 square meters
Main Challenge: Continuous movement of heavy transport vehicles and oversized transformer components caused severe floor damage, including cracks and structural degradation. Traditional epoxy floor coatings proved insufficient, offering little protection for the concrete foundation.
To address this issue, we deployed our 600-series steel flooring system, a solution specifically designed for workshop renovation and industrial flooring upgrades.
1. Fast Installation, No Demolition Required: The 600-series tiles are installed directly over the existing concrete surface using a high-strength adhesive, eliminating the need for demolition or excavation. This not only preserves the original foundation but also dramatically reduces construction time and cost.
2. Enhanced Load Distribution & Surface Protection: The steel surface provides excellent resistance against dynamic pressure and repetitive impact. By evenly distributing heavy loads, it prevents further cracking and protects the integrity of the subfloor — even under the most demanding industrial conditions.
3. Minimal Disruption to Production: Because the installation does not require tearing up the old floor, the client was able to maintain partial production during the process. This was a key benefit for a facility that cannot afford extended downtime.
