The original floor of the workshop with a wool chisel into a pitted surface
In order to better combine the cement and the ground laid in the later stage, the finished hemp surface is cleaned

After cleaning, sprinkle a layer of mortar on the hemp surface
Cement and water into a paste, evenly sprinkle

Lay new fine stone concrete (10cm thickness)
Install the metal floor flat on the newly laid cement floor, and make some cement emerge from the floor holes during installation; Install in place as accurately and quickly as possible during the laying process to avoid excessive water overflow from the concrete (water overflow affects the strength of the floor and is not easy to clean up later)

Use dry cement to smooth the overflow cement in the floor holes so that the cement is in the same plane as the floor until the floor surface is clean and there are no gaps in the holes
Items 2,3 and 4 should be carried out at the same time to avoid the difficulty of cleaning the cement after drying

Do not work or walk on paved surfaces for a week
After the cement is dry, the surface of the floating soil can be swept away and put into use
Installation method
There should leave a gapbetween the two floor wheninstallation,so as to adjust;
Use the rubber or woodhammer hit the floor make surethe floor set in the cement.Add wire mesh wheninstall on the original cementground;
Clearn the extra cementfrom the surface of the floorafter 3 hours,fill up the gapswith cement.
